The Southern Agrarian-Export Company (SAEC) group of companies is one of the largest vertically integrated agro-industrial holdings in the region. The company encompasses dozens of business lines and provides a full cycle of agricultural production and export.

How the Solution Was Implemented

- Step 1: Audit of current systems and processes. A comprehensive assessment of business workflows and IT infrastructure requirements was conducted, identifying vulnerabilities and risks.
- Step 2: Infrastructure model design. The target architecture of the data center and data networks was defined using Composable Infrastructure and Cloud Choice approaches to ensure flexibility and scalability.
- Step 3: Data center construction. A fault-tolerant data center was built, featuring synchronized systems to ensure continuous operation.
- Step 4: Deployment of automation and security systems. Solutions for production automation, data management, and employee communication were implemented, along with the integration of cybersecurity tools.
- Step 5: Development planning. A roadmap was created for step-by-step expansion of computing capabilities and continued digital transformation.

- Data Center: A primary facility with redundant systems ensuring fault tolerance and high availability (HA).
- Process Automation: Implementation of ERP systems, platforms for team collaboration, and data exchange to streamline internal operations.
- Information Security: A multi-layered protection system for digital assets was implemented using Fortinet and McAfee solutions, including: Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Antivirus protection, Access control systems.
- Video Surveillance & Access Control: A centralized monitoring system was integrated to protect infrastructure and prevent incidents.
- Backup & Administration: Veeam solutions were deployed for regular encrypted backups and rapid data recovery, ensuring business continuity.
