Summary
As part of infrastructure technical support, the Senseti team identified early signs of increased load on Euromix’s corporate IT environment and warned the client about potential risks to business process stability. After a comprehensive assessment of the current infrastructure state, bottlenecks were identified and a strategy for further scaling was prepared.
The project included expanding compute resources, developing the corporate data storage platform, modernizing backup and recovery mechanisms, and strengthening the architecture of resilience and information security. Against the backdrop of active business growth and increasing load on internal digital services, Euromix needed to scale its corporate IT infrastructure. The existing architecture continued to perform its tasks, but the company’s growth rate was bringing the infrastructure closer to the limits of stable performance.
The Senseti team, which supported the client’s infrastructure as part of technical support, identified early signs of potential overload and conducted a comprehensive assessment of the current IT environment.
The analysis revealed key risks:
- growing data volumes and increasing load on mission-critical systems;
- limited capacity of the current infrastructure for further scaling;
- risks of reduced resilience of individual services under higher load;
- the need to strengthen business continuity mechanisms and protect the corporate environment.
After preparing a detailed report and assessing infrastructure risks, the task was set: to design and implement a scalable, fault-tolerant and secure IT architecture capable of supporting further business growth without interrupting operational processes.

How the Solution Was Implemented
The project was implemented in stages, taking into account the current infrastructure load and without stopping the company’s key business processes.
Stage 1. Consultation and Business Needs Analysis
The Senseti team consulted with the client, analyzed the growth of infrastructure load and identified the key limitations of the current IT environment. The main risks and business needs for the next several years were defined.
Stage 2. Architecture Design and Scaling Planning
Based on the audit results, an updated infrastructure architecture was developed with a focus on fault tolerance, scalability and business process continuity. A phased plan for modernization and IT environment development was prepared.
Stage 3. Infrastructure Expansion and Environment Optimization
As part of the project, compute resources and data storage systems were expanded, while backup and service recovery mechanisms were modernized. The internal infrastructure was also optimized to improve performance and manageability.
Stage 4. Strengthening Resilience and Security
The Senseti team strengthened fault tolerance and infrastructure security, tested business continuity scenarios and ensured stable service operation even in the event of individual component failures.
Stage 5. Commissioning and Support
The updated infrastructure was put into operation without interrupting business processes. Monitoring, documentation and ongoing infrastructure support were configured as part of Senseti’s service support.
