Comprehensive digital transformation and IT infrastructure modernization

Comprehensive digital transformation and IT infrastructure modernization

Summary

At the time of the request, Euromix faced serious limitations in its existing IT infrastructure. Unstable corporate services, system overloads, and the lack of centralized management began to directly affect the company’s operations, interaction between branches, and employee efficiency.

Our team conducted a comprehensive audit of the company’s digital environment, including server infrastructure, network services, data storage systems, and key business applications. Based on the analysis, a modernization and scaling strategy was developed to support further business growth.

The project included the following tasks:

  • modernizing the company’s digital infrastructure architecture;
  • implementing a resilient virtualized environment;
  • carrying out a phased migration of services to cloud infrastructure;
  • updating network solutions and secure interaction mechanisms between branches;
  • strengthening cybersecurity and access control;
  • organizing centralized technical support and maintenance of IT services.

As a result, Euromix received a scalable and resilient digital platform that ensures stable operation of its distributed infrastructure, business process continuity, and support for the company’s further development.

Business Challenge

By the time Euromix approached us, the company was facing a systemic IT crisis:

  • key business services and corporate systems were operating unstably;
  • the infrastructure could not handle growing workloads or support business scaling;
  • there was no centralized management, redundancy, or unified approach to protecting the digital environment;
  • this affected logistics efficiency, internal processes, and interaction between departments.

At the same time, the company was growing rapidly:

  • the warehouse network was expanding across Ukraine, with 15+ locations;
  • the number of employees reached 3000, including more than 700 active users of digital services;
  • stable interaction with international partners and suppliers had to be ensured.

Euromix needed to:

  • stabilize its IT infrastructure;
  • ensure resilience and security;
  • modernize the digital environment and cloud services;
  • create a technological foundation for business scaling and digitalization.
