How the Solution Was Implemented

The project for the “Visa” Department was delivered within a compressed timeline, executed in clearly defined phases, and aligned with Ukrainian regulations on personal data protection and archival storage. A key challenge was the rapid preparation of project documentation, budget approval, and building the data center from the ground up under strict time constraints.

Phase 1. Consulting & Architecture Design

Senseti rapidly developed a scalable data center architecture aligned with future growth requirements. Technical diagrams, specifications, and justification documents were prepared for approval at the city council level.

Phase 2. Procurement & Deployment

Infrastructure was supplied and deployed based on HPE, APC, Fortinet, Aruba, VMware, and Veeam technologies. This included rack installation, servers, storage systems, switching equipment, and uninterruptible power supply systems.

Phase 3. Security & Virtualization

A high-availability cluster was implemented using VMware. A Veeam-based backup system was configured, and Fortinet NGFW solutions were deployed to establish perimeter security and network protection.

Phase 4. Integration of Digital Services

All citizen service processes were automated via API integrations and third-party software solutions — including electronic queue management, document workflow, authentication, and application processing systems.

Phase 5. Training & Ongoing Support

Project supervision and staged acceptance were conducted in coordination with contractors. The solution was transitioned to long-term technical support under Senseti’s management.
