Example: practice on a real task
Task: replying to a customer complaint
Everyone writes the reply from scratch
The customer’s contract gets pasted into a public chatbot
The reply goes out unchecked against the source
Remove personal data from the prompt

Training without process change has no effect
People attend a workshop, go back to their desks and carry on as before. So we train on the tasks your team handles every day and build AI into the process straight away. When we’re done, you keep the playbooks, a library of prompts and scenarios, and people who can take AI further.
When you need this
Everyone uses AI their own way
Some write prompts in personal accounts, others don’t trust AI at all. There are no shared rules and no measurable results.
Work data ends up in public chatbots
Contracts, customer lists and financial reports get pasted into services whose terms nobody has checked.
You bought the tools, but work hasn’t changed
The licenses are there, yet only a handful of people use them regularly. There was a workshop, and the processes stayed the same.
You operate in the EU market
Article 4 of the EU AI Act calls for measures to build AI literacy among staff who work with AI. Training with records of who learned what helps you show that those measures were taken.
Art. 4. Since 2 February 2025, the EU AI Act has required providers and deployers of AI systems within its scope to take measures to develop their staff's AI literacy; since 27 July 2026, the amended wording no longer requires guaranteeing a specific level for each individual.
Where AI will pay off in your business and where it creates risk. Which rules to introduce, how to assign tasks to your team and AI tools, and how to accept the results.
Result: A list of candidate processes, draft AI usage rules and the criteria you’ll use to accept AI output.
Staff
Working with AI assistants on each person’s own tasks rather than generic examples. How to check an answer against its source and which data must never go into AI.
Result: Working scenarios for their own tasks and safe habits for handling data.
In-house AI leads
One or two people in your company who take AI forward after we leave. They learn to write scenarios and playbooks, check answer quality and keep the scenario library current.
Result: People inside the company who keep the playbooks current, onboard new colleagues and watch quality.
How we work
We find out who on your team already uses AI, which tasks take up the most time and whether you work in the EU market.
What you get
The mix of tracks, candidates for in-house AI leads and a next step.
To move on
The roles and tasks we’ll train on are agreed.
Stage 1 of 5 · 60 minutes
We gather real tasks for each role, record how they are done today and check which data is safe to use in training.
What you get
A task list by role and a baseline for comparison.
To move on
Managers have signed off on the tasks, and the training data is safe to use.
Stage 2 of 5 · before the first session
Managers, staff and in-house AI leads work through their own tracks on their own tasks. Every scenario is tried in real work right away.
What you get
A library of scenarios and prompts, plus a draft AI use policy.
To move on
Every participant has completed their tasks with AI and checked the result against the source.
Stage 3 of 5 · on an agreed schedule
In-house AI leads guide the team through the embedding plan, while we check quality and fix playbooks that didn’t work.
What you get
Playbooks that work in your processes and a comparison with the baseline.
To move on
The new ways of working are used without our involvement.
Stage 4 of 5 · after training
We update the playbooks for new tools and tasks and help your AI leads with new scenarios.
What you get
An up-to-date scenario library and AI use policy.
To move on
We continue only if your AI leads need the help.

How we train
We change the process along with the skills
Every track ends with a change in how a specific task gets done. Otherwise training is just an event that leaves nothing behind.
Your tasks, not someone else’s examples
We train on your company’s emails, reports and documents. That’s why scenarios from the sessions go straight into daily work.
Safe habits from day one
What can go into AI and what can’t, and how to handle personal data and trade secrets. The rules match your AI use policy.
The people stay with you
In-house AI leads carry the work forward once we’re done. You don’t need an outside trainer for every new scenario.
What you get
Playbooks
Step-by-step guides for the key tasks of each role: what to give AI, how to check the result and when to ask a colleague.
Scenario and prompt library
Tested scenarios for your tasks, grouped by role and process.
AI use policy
Which tools are approved, which data must not be shared and who is accountable for the output.
Embedding plan
What changes in your processes after training, who owns each change and how we check the effect.
Trained in-house AI leads
One or two people who know your scenarios and can train new colleagues.
Training records
Who learned what, and when. For companies in the EU market, this is part of the evidence of AI literacy measures.

Investment company
Task
Vet deals before deciding on them and teach the team to use AI on their own tasks.
What we did
AI-assisted deal review with fact-checking, a searchable archive of recorded calls, and AI training for the team.
Result: In one deal, the stated 32% return was recalculated to 16.97%, and to 8.74% once missing costs were included.
Sports club, about 160 members
Task
Get the club’s knowledge in order and teach the owner to work with it using AI.
What we did
Business digitization around 10 key questions, an AI workspace for the owner, and training for the owner.
Result: The club’s knowledge is organized around 10 key questions, and the owner works with it in a personal AI workspace.
In progress
Owners and founders of several companies
Task
Automate routine work and bring order to tasks and knowledge.
What we did
Personal 1:1 AI sessions built around each owner’s own tasks.
Result: A personal AI workspace where the owner runs tasks and knowledge every day.
No figures, because the effect differs for each owner.
Let’s start with one team and its tasks
In a free 60-minute consultation, we’ll work out which roles need training, which tasks to train on and who could become your in-house AI lead.
It depends on the number of roles and tasks and on how many people already use AI. We agree the scope and schedule after the consultation and once we’ve collected your tasks.
A course teaches on generic examples. We train on your company’s tasks, with your data and rules in mind, and build the scenarios into your processes afterwards.
It’s one or two of your employees who are keen on AI and trusted by the team. We help you choose them during the consultation and prepare them in a dedicated track.
Before the sessions, we check which data can be used and in which tools. Personal data and trade secrets are masked or replaced, and the rules are written into your AI use policy.
The ones already approved in your company, or ones we choose together based on the data your team will work with. We write scenarios so they can move to another tool if needed.
For companies operating in the EU market, Article 4 of the EU AI Act calls for measures to build staff AI literacy. Training, an AI use policy and records of who learned what help you demonstrate those measures. Whether the requirement applies to your company is worth confirming with a lawyer.
That’s what the embedding plan and in-house AI leads are for. We check whether the new ways of working are actually used in your processes and fix the playbooks where they didn’t take hold.
